ServiceMaster Clean is hiring Service Partners in your area for office cleaning and janitorial services!

Service Partner positions currently open in Durham. Multiple locations, options for you to clean one single site or multiple sites depending on how many hours you want. Very flexible schedule with part-time hours in the evening. Weeknight or weekend options available.

Site 1 is a private school location. Monday-Friday evenings after 5p. Takes around 2 1/2 hours to clean each night. Compensation is $10/hr. plus benefits.

Site 2 is a medical environment where you provide janitorial services to the common areas and offices. Monday-Friday evenings from around 5p-9p. Approximately 4 hours per clean. $10/hour plus benefits. Team cleaning common areas with each team member having a separate routine and can start and finish on his or her own timeline. One position requires terminal cleaning certification (we provide) and pays $11/hr.

Site 3 is a medical environment also. Hours are Monday-Friday evening from 5pm-8pm. $10/hr. plus benefits.

Site 4 is a clinic office. Hours are Monday-Friday evenings after 5pm any time. 4 hours per night. $10/hr. plus benefits.

Secure locations require checking in and out.

No experience is necessary, we provide all training and supplies on-site.
Job placements will be in commercial cleaning accounts including, but not limited to:

• Offices
• Schools
• Churches
• Medical facilities
• Manufacturing facilities
• Retail stores
• Food service facilities

Typical job responsibilities for a Service Partner may involve:

• Removing Trash
• Dusting of surfaces
• Cleaning Interior Glass
• Cleaning Break Rooms
• Sanitizing Restrooms
• Vacuuming carpet
• Sweeping/Mopping Floors

Qualifications for a Service Partner

• Minimum 18 years of age or work permit holder
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Reliable transportation
• The ability to fill out paperwork online
• A reliable means of communication such as phone, text, or email
