Description
ServiceMaster Clean is seeking an Office Assistant for our main facility in North Raleigh near the Triangle Town area.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:45a-5p with a lunch break.
Pay starts at $17/hr.

Responsibilities include:
  • Keyholder for the office responsible for opening and closing processes.
  • Front desk management: greet and direct customers, employees, and visitors when they arrive at the office, and answer/route phone calls.
  • Open and route incoming mail, manage customer and vendor files, oversee tagging, maintenance and repair of office equipment, order office supplies, and oversee vehicle keys and supplies cage access.
  • Handle routine errands such as taking outgoing mail to the post office, coordinating courier packages, coordinating meals for manager and staff meetings, and other tasks as needed.
  • Contact new customers to schedule account start-up, dates, times, keys, alarm codes, etc., and coordinate with Supervisor and cleaners.
  • Follow-up with new customers after first and 5th nights of service.
  • Perform customer satisfaction calls on a regular basis.
  • Manage customer complaint calls through to resolution; coordinate with the Supervisor and/or Cleaner using the “Solve It’ program of complaint resolution.
  • Translate and assist in interviews, onboarding process, HR issues, customer complaints, manager instructions to employees.
  • Contact new hires to coordinate training with supervisor and follow-up with new employees to offer support.
  • Coordinate with Janitorial Administrative Assistant to contact employees with time clock issues.
  • Inventory reporting for janitorial supplies and field calls from employees for chemical and paper supplies.
  • Organize holiday parties and special events for the office.
  • Other special requests from President or OM as needed.
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 18 years of age or work permit holder
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • 95% attendance requirement
  • The ability to fill out paperwork online
  • A reliable means of communication such as phone, text, or email
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a priority
