ServiceMaster Clean is seeking an experienced professional for a Floor Tech position.
Looking for full-time work or part-time work candidates.

Compensation starts at $15-$18/hr. depending on experience

We are expanding our special projects team for floor, carpet, window, and post-construction cleaning services.

You will be working out of our private offices in North Raleigh near 540 and Triangle Town Center. We operate with our own fleet, warehouses, executive and payroll staff on-site.

Typical job responsibilities for a Project Crew member involve:

• Floor Cleaning
• Floor Refinishing
• Carpet Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Post-Construction Cleaning

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age or work permit holder
• 1-year minimum floor refinishing experience
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation
• The ability to fill out paperwork online
• A reliable means of communication such as phone, text, or email
• Clean background check preferred
• Commercial cleaning experience a plus, not required
